For generations, rural youth have been told that their only path to success is to abandon their communities for the crowded streets of Nairobi.
We believe that system is broken. This is not a problem of poverty; it is a problem of power and access. True genius is distributed equally across Kenya, but digital infrastructure is not.
The Digital Moran Hub at Sankale Building in Kimana is our line in the sand. We aren’t offering handouts. We are handing over the keys to the global digital economy, right from the heart of Kajiado South.

Digital Moran is a self-sustaining social enterprise founded by Siloma Stephen, who left a government career to build a tech hub for rural youth in Kajiado South. Instead of relying on charity, we run a free academy that transitions graduates into our internal commercial agency. Through a 30/70 revenue split, 70% goes directly to the youth, while 30% is funneled back into the Hub to cover operations and train the next cohort. Your donation directly funds the hardware needed to scale this self-funding engine.
