We believe that changing the world is not a casual hobby. It’s a demanding, all-consuming mission. We are not looking for “volunteers” to help out on the side. We are recruiting a dedicated crew of builders, mentors, and storytellers who are willing to go all-in on a higher purpose. This is for the ones who are ready to trade comfort for impact and who believe in sweating for a cause that matters.

This is not about “giving back” an hour here or there. This is about building the future. We are looking for a specific type of person who shares our DNA.

The Front Lines: Where You Can Serve

Movement Storytellers (Videographers & Graphic Designers):

Your mission is to produce the powerful videos and visuals that capture our impact and fuel the movement.

Community Commanders (Admins & Moderators):

Your mission is to manage and grow our online communities, turning them into vibrant hubs of support and action.

LMS Architects (Course Builders):

Your mission is to help us build and manage our free learning academy, the forge where we create new digital spears.

Mentors & Guides:

Your mission is to directly train and mentor our youth in your area of expertise, from web development to entrepreneurship.

The Reward

Let’s be clear: this is not a paid position. The compensation is not a salary; it is the impact you create and the legacy you help build. The reward is seeing a young person you mentored land their first client. It is the pride of being on the ground floor of a movement that is rewriting the future for rural Kenya.
